Ms. Stamm has 25 years of experience representing national and global companies on a variety of legal business matters, specializing in Human Resources compliance. Her range of legal expertise includes Human Resources national employee handbooks and related policies, compliance audits (wage and hour, equal pay, employment I9 eligibility) plant shut downs under the WARN Act and mini state warn programs, workplace investigations (retaliation, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower and abusive workplace conduct), wage and hour compliance programs and system implementations, unfair employee competition and corporate raiding, family medical leave and ADA accommodation forms and programs, defense of ICE investigations as well as EEOC and state administrative charges, global payroll and PEO management, global employee data privacy under the EU-US Safe Harbor and other international programs, executive employment agreements and severance packages.
Ms. Stamm currently serves as retained on site legal counsel for private and public U.S. companies, assisting senior management and offices of general counsel in managing global litigation, handling complex wage and hour class action matters, government reporting and filings, drafting key legal policies and agreements, protecting intellectual property, and conducting training at all company levels up to senior management. Having formerly held vice president of human resources and general counsel positions, she brings a unique business background when providing advice to her clients. With her broad base of Human Resources business and legal experience, Ms. Stamm assists business leaders with addressing key legal initiatives while minimizing outside legal costs and reducing risks of liability.
