Jon. R. Robertson
Mr. Robertson has practiced law for almost thirty years as a litigator. He has tried 24 contested cases to verdict or judgment in his career, all as first chair. In addition, he has conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Robertson’s litigation practice area includes commercial contracts and collection, business torts, real property, shareholder and partnership disputes, lender liability, consumer finance, commercial equipment leasing and unfair competition.
Mr. Robertson is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and each of the U.S. District Courts in California, as well as the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Robertson was President of the USC Law School Alumni Association from 2015 to 2016.

Mr. Robertson began his career with the Los Angeles and Orange County offices of the national law firm McKenna, Conner & Cuneo. Mr. Robertson was an associate with the Newport Beach office of the international law firm McDermott, Will & Emery. Thereafter, he was a partner in Darling & Robertson, LLP and its successor firms. Mr. Robertson received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in 1984, where he was selected for Mortar Board. Mr. Robertson is a 1987 graduate of the University of Southern California Law School where he was a Hale Moot Court Competition Finalist.
Marilyn Martin-Culver has practiced as a civil litigator in Southern California for over 30 years. Her litigation experience includes the successful representation of businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Martin-Culver’s litigation practice areas include breach of contract, business torts, real property, banking operations, lender liability, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Ms. Martin-Culver is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association, and previously served as the Chair of its Business Litigation Section. Ms. Martin-Culver has also served on the Boards of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association of Orange County, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Prior to forming Robertson & Culver, LLP, Ms. Martin-Culver practiced more than 15 years as a litigator with Morrison & Foerster, LLP and more than 8 years as a litigator with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.
Ms. Martin-Culver received her Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from U.C.L.A. in 1980, and she graduated from U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1983.
Ms. Martin-Culver is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and each of the US. District Courts in California, as well as the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Walter M. “Kiff” Crandall
Kiff Crandall has practiced law in Southern California since 2007 as a litigator. He has tried four cases to jury verdict, including as first and second chair, resulting in favorable judgments for his clients. In addition, Kiff has conducted numerous evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and mediations. His practice areas include general civil and business litigation with a focus on contract and employment disputes. He also advises employers on proactive measures to identify legal risk and mitigate potential liability.
Kiff has represented electric vehicle, machining, construction, freight forwarding, materials, real estate, online community and engineering companies, as well as restaurants, fitness facilities, landlords, restoration contractors, brokers and employees in preventing and resolving their disputes.

Kiff is admitted to practice law in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association’s Business Litigation and Employment Law Sections, Co-President of the Orange County Cal Alumni Club, and an Ambassador for the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Kiff received his B.A. in Economics with honors and Political Economies of Industrial Societies at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Prior to joining Robertson & Olsen, LLP, he began his career as an associate with the Law Offices of Nicholas J. Mosich in Orange County, and worked as in-house counsel for a Southern California electric vehicle company.
