Walter M. “Kiff” Crandall



Kiff Crandall has practiced law in Southern California since 2007 as a litigator. He has tried four cases to jury verdict, including as first and second chair, resulting in favorable judgments for his clients. In addition, Kiff has conducted numerous evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and mediations. His practice areas include general civil and business litigation with a focus on contract and employment disputes. He also advises employers on proactive measures to identify legal risk and mitigate potential liability.

Kiff has represented electric vehicle, machining, construction, freight forwarding, materials, real estate, online community and engineering companies, as well as restaurants, fitness facilities, landlords, restoration contractors, brokers and employees in preventing and resolving their disputes.

Kiff received his B.A. in Economics with honors and Political Economies of Industrial Societies at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Prior to joining Robertson & Olsen, LLP, he began his career as an associate with the Law Offices of Nicholas J. Mosich in Orange County, and worked as in-house counsel for a Southern California electric vehicle company. [/read]
